Privacy policy
Data protection is very important to us. In the following we will inform you about the handling of your data.
Unless otherwise specified below, the provision of your personal data is neither legally nor contractually required. You are not obliged to provide your data and failure to provide it has no consequences. This only applies if no other information is given in the subsequent processing operations. By “personal data” we mean all information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Server log files
You can visit our website without providing any personal information. Every time you visit our website, usage data is transmitted to us or our web host / IT service provider via your internet browser and stored in server log files. This stored data includes, for example, the name of the page called up, the date and time of the call, the IP address, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider. The processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR out of our legitimate interest in ensuring the trouble-free operation of our website and improving our offer.
Third party hosting services
On our behalf, a third-party provider provides us with the hosting and presentation of the website so that we can safeguard our predominantly legitimate interests in a correct presentation of our offer in the context of a weighing of interests. All data that you provide to us when using this website are processed on the hosting service provider’s servers. Data processing on other servers only takes place within the framework listed here. This service provider is based in a country of the EU or the European Economic Area.
Data collection and processing of personal data via our website
On our website you have the opportunity to contact us by providing personal data and to take advantage of the services we offer (online reservations, voucher orders, newsletters). We only record all data to the extent that you have made available. By sending the personal contact data and messages, you consent to the processing of the transmitted data on the basis of Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
If you pass on personal data from third parties to us, we ask you explicitly for your consent to the storage and processing of this data. You and the persons whose personal data you have passed on to us have the right of revocation at any time for your consent to the processing of personal data, without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the revocation.
Your data can also be used by us for sending information, advertising and marketing material. However, they will not be passed on to third parties or published for advertising and marketing purposes.
You can unsubscribe from the sending of information, advertising and marketing material at any time by using the corresponding link in the email or by sending us a corresponding message.

As part of our business activities, we collect, process and archive personal data for the provision of our contractual services as well as for administration, operational organization and financial accounting on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 GDPR. This applies to the data of our website users, customers, interested parties and business partners. Our interest and the purpose of processing this data lie in the provision of our services and the performance of our business activities. Without your personal information, no contract will be concluded and we cannot provide any services for you.
Insofar as this is necessary for the provision of our services and to maintain our business activities, we also transmit data to third parties such as financial management, consultants or fee offices and payment service providers. When processing the data, we adhere to the legal requirements for order processing according to Art. 28 GDPR and the instructions of our customers.
We delete the data after the statutory warranty has expired and check whether it is necessary to store the data every three years. In the case of the legal archiving obligations, the deletion takes place after their expiry (6 years).
We generally store the majority of company-related data, for example on suppliers and other business partners, permanently.
