Server logfiles

All data that you provide to us when using this website is processed on the hosting service provider’s servers. Data processing on other servers only takes place within the scope listed here. This service provider is based in a country of the EU or the European Economic Area.

Collection and processing of personal data via our website

On our website you have the opportunity to contact us and to use the services we offer by providing personal data (by completing the contact form and/or requesting a quote). We only record data to the extent that you provide it. Handling of personal data in the course of our business activity

As part of our business activity, pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 GDPR we collect, process and archive personal data for the provision of our contractual services, as well as for administration, operational organisation and financial accounting.  This concerns data from our website users, customers, interested parties and business partners. Our interest and the purpose of processing this data lies in the provision of our services and the conducting of our business activity. Without your personal information, no contract is concluded and we cannot provide any services for you.

Insofar as this is necessary for the provision of our services and to maintain our business, we also transmit data to third parties such as financial management service providers, consultants, fee agencies and payment service providers. When processing data, we comply with the legal order processing requirements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR and the instructions of our customers.

We delete data after the statutory warranty period has expired, and review the necessity of data storage every three years. In the case of statutory archiving obligations, deletion takes place after these obligations expire.

We generally store data which is for the most part company-related, for example data on suppliers and other business partners, permanently.

Use of Google Analytics
